Honesty about your case.  All cases and client issues are unique. You are entitled to an objective evaluation of your case.

Full explanation of your fee.  Several different fee arrangements exist including hourly rates, fixed fees and contingent fees.  The vast majority of personal injury cases are handled on a contingent fee basis.  In a contingent fee arrangement the attorney fee will be based on a percentage of any recovery.  If there is no recovery, there is no fee.  We will make sure you have a full understanding of your fee arrangement and litigation expenses.

That your case will be important to us.  While you will not be our only client, you have the right to expect that your case will not be pushed aside and forgotten.  Your questions will be answered and you will be kept up to date on the progress of your case.  The legal issues of every client are important.

Confidentiality.  The information you provide to my office and the details of your case are confidential and will not be disclosed to others without your consent.

Phone calls returned.  I attempt to return all client calls the same day they are received.  Sometimes court appearances and other commitments will make that impossible.

Settlement.  No case will ever be settled or compromised without your input and consent.

Your best interests will control.  Your best interests will always be at the heart of all advice given or actions taken in your case.
